InCharge Energy Charging Station

Mixed experience. I was eventually able to charge, but the user interface is both very glitchy and not intuitive at all. There are 4 CCS connections across 2 separate chargers. What I liked: - Clean and bright. - There is a bench. - Equipment looks to be very new. - Nearby food and drink, etc. - Fair price ($0.45/kWh) What I didn't like: - Does not accept chargepoint or EVgo cards. - Must use a credit card (tap or chip). - $50 pre-authorization hold on credit card. - Instructions were mixed between both the display and the pin pad, making it confusing to follow what step to take next. - Had to tap the credit card again to terminate charging early. - The right side of charger 1 faulted and would not work for me. I got charger 2 left side to work. - Appears to top-out at 60kW, even with

BEWARE! Charger #1 errored out and and did not release. No one at dealership nor charger vendor would answer phone to support. No app support or any other features. Total trash. DO NOT USE.

The worst charging experience ever every time. Literally I've only ever gotten this to work once and I've tried maybe 20 times. I give up
