Incredible Kitchen and Bath

Overall Incredible Kitchen and Bath did a great job on our Master Bath remodel. The final product was amazing. It did take longer than expected (expected 5-6weeks, took 9 weeks). Our Designer, Niki was fantastic. She did a great job helping us design the bathroom and pick out all materials and accessories. Anne also did a great job project managing the work and was always very responsive to our requests. I would use IKB again for a future remodel. Giving 4 stars, but would be 5 if the project had finished closer to the expectation.

We contracted Incredible Kitchen to replace our countertops and cabinets in our kitchen. Matt visited our house, to listen to our needs and began sketching out our kitchen dimensions. Niki and Taylor were our designers who provided a CAD program visual of the products we selected on a large tv screen at their showroom. The value/cost was reasonable for the products we wanted. We had one delay with the countertops due to the Christmas holidays which we understood. Ann & Hamilton are the two that either called/emailed or visited all during the construction process. The entire team made us feel as if we were their priority. Not only in satisfaction but the quality of work being provided. My name is Susan Morrill-Slater. Recently we had a guest bathroom remodeled. I am over the moon at the results. From start to finish the communication was stellar. Each team member who did the work were exceptional. Special shout out to our designer Nikki. She was amazing. Extremely helpful in our design. So easy to work with and her design experience was superb. She created a beautiful bathroom as the 3 of us were all involved and she listened to our ideas. Another shout out to Ann my person who communicated each day’s schedule. I would need to get in touch with her on any given day, and was always a quick reply. The rest of the team and all the workers also were very good. I would call them again for another project in the future with no hesitation. Thank you all, a great job well done.

Incredibly rude! They could fold at any time due to a lack of basic common courtesy. As business owners in both premise and online furniture sales we were delighted with what we saw in tiles with a lovely staff member named Kasey. She was new and she informed us that her trainer, Taylor was the designer we needed to speak with. We took her card and sent an email. When no response was forthcoming, we decided we wanted to source all our tile from his store. I suggested we rendezvous back to the store near Lowe’s. Upon entering, a person sitting with a client at the back said I couldn’t put my cabinet sample and iPad on the big empty table upfront. Accommodating, I set my bag on the floor and perused the tile samples waiting for my husband. The designer went in the back when I told her I
