Incredible Rugs were great to work with! I called on a rug I was interested in and they took the time to talk with me about the rug and sharing how they believe the quality was improved after being woven at a new mill. They actually answer their phone! It is so hard to order online. There was a little mixup on delivery but again, I was on the phone and talked with Emily right away. She worked the issue and kept me informed. Very friendly customer support!

The rugs arrived in excellent condition, exceeded my expectations, and look stunning in our space. When one package was damaged during transit, Jennifer and the owner, Steve Aijian, responded immediately and sent a replacement without hesitation. I ordered the most beautiful Feizy rug from them. I was looking at the rug for months. I’m so glad I purchased it through them and no one else. I was able to communicate with them via email the day I purchased the rug. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. You can tell they have great customer service skills- the old school way. The price was the BEST. Customer service - top notch. The shipping and delivery was the BEST (I’m furnishing a house so I’ve had a lot of deliveries lately). The rug - BEAUTIFUL. I will continue to do business with them if I need any more rugs for my home.

I have purchased a good number of area rugs from them, with a good experience. I recently purchased a few rugs in quick succession. a few days after my order for the 2 rugs, their price went down significantly. Considering I had not even yet received the rugs, I asked if they could give me a credit. They told me no, that once it was ordered from the manufacturer, nothing could be done. They told me to contact Norton for their price guarantee program. I submitted all of the required paperwork, got initial communication back that they were reviewing my case and have now gone silent as well. I informed the owners again that Norton had gone silent and they said there was nothing they could do. Incredibly bad customer service and probably a good idea and lesson to only purchase from large onlin

I had a great experience with the online store. I live in another state and saw a rug I really liked. I shopped around and found Incredible Rugs had the best price. I was able to order a sample of the rug first to see it in my space. That was a huge plus for me! The rug came in perfect condition and I’m thrilled with my purchase.
