Super happy with the carpet in purchased! Went there on a whim, after going to many carpet stores lookimg for plaid carpet. Jeanne was a gem helping me find the right one- not an easy task! Installer did a fantastic job on a very difficult to install carpet, he was fantastic. I will definitely shop here again and would recommend them to friends and clients as well! Thank you!

Loved my experience with Independent Carpet One! Cathy was a delight to deal with - she helped me pick out the perfect carpet color to go with the rest of my basement finishes. The install was SO quick, and the men left the basement cleaner than they found it. Will definitely use this place again for any future carpet needs!

They were our first inquiry after hanging out in the depot carpet area numerous times and never being talked to. Jason our salesperson and very patient and informative. A great help, prices didn't seem that outrageous, haven't not purchased carpet in about 18 years, I didn't drop dead od sticker shock. I had the pleasure of working with Jeane Salter who helped me pick out a beautiful luxury tile. Jeane is very knowledgeable about the various tiles out in the market and assisted me with finding the perfect one for my bathroom. She even took the time to follow-up with on the day of install to see how things were going. Very customer-oriented Jeane is. Jim called to schedule my appointment when the tiles arrived. He was very understanding when I explained that my bathroom renovation would not begin for another 4 weeks “no problem he said we will store your tiles and reach back out to you to schedule your install.” On install day Tony and Abbey came to do the install. We enjoyed every part of our experience working with Independent One, no pressure sales, "take a sample home and see how it looks for a few days," answered many questions over the phone, rescheduled install at our convenience. The installers were good and a few adjustments that needed to be made from the initial plan were taken care of at no extra expense to us! We love the look of our new floors (carpet and laminate"-it's like a new house! They are even making a few remnants into rugs for us to go on the laminate that coordinates so nicely!
