Independent Restoration Services

Independent Restoration came out to help me try to identify the source of some minor mold in my home. The tech that came to my house was courteous and knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations to help counter the mold issue. They did not charge me to come out and assess the home. I would absolutely use this business again.

Brett and his team went over and beyond to clean up/out the portion of our kitchen that was damaged, and in making accommodations for our family with it being right before the Christmas holidays! Timely and exceptional service!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They didn’t do anything that was promised nor did they did they even finish the job completely. We’re still battling mold and river sludge almost 6 months later. They didn’t document anything correctly and their worker spray painted on my table that wasn’t trash. They were asked to not throw anything away but I have photos of the dumpster full of stuff that wasn’t trash family heirlooms and important items that can never be replaced. They just came in shoveled everything in site into the dumpster then when we let the owner know he acted like it was no big deal or that he even cared at all. If you have anything of importance and want to salvage it then I recommend you hire a different company…

They do roofing now too!! They just put two roofs on my house and guest house for very fair price. And finished in one day. Great job. Last year they took over a water damaged complete floor restoration project, which they don’t usually do. But I was so incredibly fortunate for them stepping in after the demo. The other well known company was not even going to replace the damaged base or platform (?) under the cabinets. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Brett is the best.

After leaving messages with two other local companies who did not return my calls, we contacted Independent Restoration Services. Brett came to our house on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of our call to assess the condition of our floor after a toilet overflow incident. He spent the best part of a half hour checking moisture content in the wall, floor and carpet of adjoining rooms and advising us about next steps. It was his determination that we did not need professional help and he did not charge us for his time. In addition, he invited us to text him with any follow-up questions we may have about disinfectant products.
