Independent Well Drilling

I received a call from my wife today saying she had no water in the house. I called independent will and spoke with Chuck directly. He said he would have somebody come out immediately. Within 25 minutes his employee arrived. Within 5 minutes, we have water flow again. I thought for sure we would need a new pump.

Independent Well Drilling is not the first company we have used with our well issues, but they exceeded my expectations. Their team was attentive, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They had someone at my home soon after my initial call & their technician took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. Independent Well came at a drop of a hat when I called. My well pump quit on saturday evening and he was out on Sunday at 6:30am to look at the well with full crew ready to work. The crew worked threw the heat ( 105°+) and super friendly to get water back to me and my family. Independent Well Drilling were there for me when I needed them most. Charles placed a well for us 7 years ago. It has worked flawlessly. Working with Charles during the digging and setting up the well was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and knew exactly what we needed for our large yard. Fast forward 7 years with flawless functioning of the well until yesterday when the power company shut off power to our neighborhood for a scheduled maintenance. When they turned the power back on, the well did not come on. After checking the circuits I called Independent Well after hours. Charles called me right back even though it was at night. He was out first thing the next morning and had the well working in a few minutes (and taught me how to use the reset button correctly). He's a good guy and this is a great company.

Chuck is always professional and reliable. He answers his phone or will call back within a reasonable time. There is dearth of reliable well people at this time, but fortunately, this company will always make an effort to help with advice and viable suggestions suited for your needs.
