I am reposting this review because my earlier review of Indigo appears to have been removed, despite reflecting a real experience I believe potential clients should know about. While many reviews here are positive, my experience was very different. In 2012, I hired Indigo to remodel my home. After the project ended, I discovered that the worker assigned to my project had formed a relationship with my spouse that I did not know about while he had unsupervised access to my home. This led to serious personal consequences, and in the end, I was no longer able to use or enjoy the renovation I had paid for. I also experienced a workmanship issue when a subcontractor drilled into a water line, causing basement flooding. This experience raised concerns about employee supervision and profession

Indigo Enterprises Northwest and Jerry Richmond have earned a well deserved reputation for excellence. His subs are for sure the best. The cost of the project came in close to original estimate despite pandemic related supply and demand conditions. All expenses are tracked and shared monthly. Compliments on the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail come from anyone who comes through the front door even from other contractors. Jerry and his subs are fun to work with and make what could have all the earmarks to be a stressful process, not to be the case. Jerry was described to us as a builder, an engineer and an artist - damn if he isn't! And his motto - "there's always a way"! If you don't use Indigo and Jerry to build your dream home, you are missing out on a once-in-a lifetim

Jerry (Indigo Enterprises) built our new home in 2017. This was our first experience having a home built, and they were a pleasure to work with. We had heard so many horror stories of other people's experience with other contractors, and we were a bit nervous. But Jerry was great at giving us options and explaining the process. He worked well with our architect, and he teams with quality sub contractors- and is very even tempered when unexpected issues arose (as they do). The process was a good experience and I would highly recommend Indigo for your construction needs.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Jerry Richmond and Indigo Enterprises NW! Our extensive condo remodel was a great experience for many reasons. First of all, Jerry is an excellent communicator as well as a skillful builder. He made insightful suggestions that enhanced our project. His subcontractors were also top notch. We were pleased with his regularly shared budget spreadsheets, and delighted when the condo was completed within the timeline and under budget. Indigo (Jerry) did a fantastic job on an interior remodel of our home this past winter. We have also used them for an exterior project. Jerry is easy to communicate with and is responsive when questions/issues arise. He is an excellent craftsman, has great attention to detail, and clearly takes pride in his work. He works with quality subcontractors and completed our project on time and on budget. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and highly recommend Indigo to anyone searching for a contractor.
