I opted to switch my home from natural gas HVAC to a Trane heat pump for environmental reasons. I also had a mini split heat pump installed in my sun room & while at it changed from gas water heater to a tankless on demand heater. The mini makes my sunroom so cozy. Love it! The water heater is great and as far as the water supply is concerned there isn’t a difference in supply and the warmth of the water. I’m happy not to have an idle big tank full of hot water sitting idle most of the time. The crew is fantastic! Very polite and friendly and busy working tearing out the old and installing the new. Everything was explained to me, my questions answered. They wore booties in the house and cleaned up everything every night. They bring their own broom, hand vac trash can, you name it. I assume

Indoor Air Technologies team was amazing! Friendly and I was able to get same day help for my heater that stopped working. My technician, Jeremiah was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Helpful on so many levels and coordinated maintenance and same day repair with excellence. I’m glad I saw the truck in my neighborhood and called! I had a great experience with Indoor Air Technologies. My heat stopped working during the night New Years Eve so I called early New Years Day and left a message. Someone from the company called me back within an hour and they were able to get a technician(Steven) out to my house within the hour. The company as well as Steven kept in touch with updates until he arrived. Steven was very knowledgeable and able to diagnosis my issue and repair it quickly. He gave me options as my system is older and I didn't feel pressured to do one or the other. The price for the repair was reasonable and I am pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend Indoor Air Technologies. Their technician Cory D. not only arrived early to my scheduled appointment but Cory was polite, knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty and how informative he was explaining how he resolved an issue I was having with my furnace. I will definitely be calling this company again for any issues that might arise with my furnace/air conditioner. You guys are the best!!

We called for maintenance on 2 systems. Jeremiah was very thorough and took the time to explain what ran well and what would need repair in the future. We are considering going forward on some recommendations he had. We feel his adjustments and cleaning he did today will result in a lower gas bill next month.
