*****edit*** I suppose the one star I’m obligated to give while writing this review can go to Bryan or Bryce, the much younger tech who initially worked on our unit. He was patient and took the time to explain our situation clearly. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated rapidly once William became involved. We were told we had the option to either add more refrigerant and leak stop or upgrade the entire unit. However, my uncle (who owns a reputable HVAC company that no longer has to work for homeowners insurance) had refilled our system just three weeks prior, confirming there was an active leak that this company made no effort to locate. I can see why people are leaving poor reviews but honestly, as long as they get the job done and fix my HVAC, I couldn’t care less how they speak to me. Did they do a good job? YES! Did they diagnose and fix my HVAC within 10 minutes? YES! The reason I’m taking off one star is because they didn’t give me a call when they were on the way, showed up an hour and a half early (luckily both my husband and I were home) and they were very rushed when speaking. But as long as my family isn’t dying of heat when going to bed, I’m thankful for them. To the customers who are from AHS leaving bad reviews because their feelings were hurt, sucks to suck.

***edit *** I just heard back from these clowns. The office personnel is as rude as the technicians. She said they have cameras in the van watching their employees.... ... From where the van was parked, I've got to say the cameras must be excellent. The van was pointed east on the street. My outside unit was about 100 feet behind it and around a corner. Pretty impressive! She said she was going to report me to AHS. Darn! I already reported them. Ever wonder why they have such bad reviews? It's not hard to figure out. She said she was tired of all the negative reviews and she was going to put me on a "DO NOT SERVICE LIST." LOL, don't worry I'll make sure I don't mistakenly call you again. Do not use this company. I placed a service call through my home warranty and the technician showed up way outside the time window that was provided to me so they left. The next morning I was on the way to meet the technician and because he showed up just a couple of minutes before me he refused to wait and was very rude. Very unorganized company and rude technicians. I do-not recommend. Edit to Post based on Company’s response: I understand you are trying to defend your company however you have no defense. You came before a 4-hour window and even admitted you called the wrong number to the previous home owner of over 3 years ago. That is 100% on you, not me.
