Had the worst experience with this company they replaced a blower motor at my shop not even a few weeks later it fell bc they guy used old rusted parts then called them about sent out a whole different guy and he wanted to act like we went in there and took out screws. Like really man I run a shop with animals I dont want them to over heat nor do I want my staff he said he had to order parts to fix it I called them a few days later n guy said parts be here Monday on Tuesday a new guy comes out and said the guy ordered the wrong hangers and he has to get new ones bc he wants it to be right when he leaves so still waiting for the new hanger so been a week of run around. Hopefully it's fixed by Friday are im going to start charging them for shutting down due to no air. If you use them ask for

I had been out of state for 3 weeks and had no sooner arrived home than to find out my ac had gone out at my property. It was after hours. I left a message for Jared at the after hours emergency line. He called back promptly, dropped what he was doing, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He had us back up and running with cool air immediately during this insane Texas heat wave. I will always recommend this company. I have used them for years and anytime I have a problem with my unit. They are fast, efficent, and knowledgeable. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Normally an incredible company. They typically do our system checks every year and we've never had an issue. Then, 3 weeks ago, our entire system went out - completely. They came out on a Friday and told us we would have an estimate Monday morning. We didn't get an estimate until Tuesday. When we called to check, there was no sense of urgency with the office staff. They never called back to check on their quote. At that time, we had opted for another company. I still like them; I just feel they have an opportunity to increase their goodwill with some customer service education.
