The lady I spoke with over the phone was very friendly. It would be helpful if they specified somewhere (like on their website where they mention "services & repairs") that they DO NOT work on the engines of any type of equipment. The website states they can have your equipment "running like new".
Very knowledgeable staff. I've had multiple machines serviced here with great results. I have also purchased equipment here and they have very competitive pricing.
