Our dept dropped off our fire truck power generator (electric motor for a generator) at this shop almost three years ago. We were told the repair would take about a month. Since then, we’ve checked in every few months for the first 18 months, but the manager is almost never there, "supposedly", and our calls are never returned. We went by in person over 5 times. Originally we went in and asked for an estimate, we were told around $1,000, we said that's fine. They asked about what its for then they generously offered to repair it for free. We had no problems paying but welcomed the donation. After all this time, the generator has never been repaired, never been finished, and now they claim they don’t even know where it is.
