I ordered a small part for a Lincoln grease system through their website. Not knowing where it would ship from I chose 2-day shipping, which just so happen to cost as much as the fitting. The next morning I received a phone call from Amanda saying that the branch located in Tyler had the fitting I needed and that she could change the shipping charges to ground rate since it would still get to me in two days. This day and time it is nice to do business with a supplier who cares enough to make a simple phone call like that to help save a little money. This was my first time to do business with Industrial Lubricant, and I must say that I was very pleased.

Brian Granger and staff at Industrial Lubricants are very helpful, Professional and will do what ever it takes to take care of their customers! 5 Stars for these guys!
