Their website clearly showed a couple of items I needed as "In Stock," so I placed an order. Rather than shipping them to me, they put the order in "Awaiting Fulfillment" status. When I inquired what that meant, they admitted that they don't actually stock merchandise they label as "in stock," but have to order it from the manufacturer. They promised that one item would be shipped the following week, and the other would be shipped the week after that. Both deadlines came and went, so I canceled the order. They claimed to have refunded my card for the charge, but the credit didn't show up until I threatened a chargeback. Ordered a part from online catalog, which doesn't match what was needed. Currently, being ignored with no help trying to get return shipping label for a refund. BBB needs to change(lower) A+ status. 🙁

Absolutely horrible company to do business with. From start to finish. Had to wait months to get product. Was shipped in poor packaging. I realized I had ordered the wrong product. Had to pay shipping back AND restock fee. Had to wait several weeks to get a refund. Slow communication through emails. Phone calls wouldn’t be returned. I hate to leave a bad review but this company earned it. Was planning on spending thousands of dollars each year with this company. That won’t happen… buyer beware.

Great products and prices and the staff are amazing in response and go out of their way to help you out.
