Very happy with the quality of service I have received ,the owner Frances was very polite,friendly and answered all my questions and concerns in a prompt and timely manner. The service personnel was also exceptional, I believe his name was Juan he went above and beyond my expectations of service. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend anyone in the Fayetteville area who is looking for landscaping maintenance and parking lot cleaning/ maintenance to contact industrial vac. I've never found a landscaper that takes as much pride in their work the Industrial Vac. I like things to be done right the first time and I know I can count on them to do just that.

Limited interaction. Went with nephew who was applying for employment. No unfriendly interactions during my wait. One person waved. Would have given five stars if only one more person had waved.

Very disrespectful. See why they can't keep employees. Rude
