We do not recommend Indy Roofing & Restoration whatsoever. They failed to follow the contract and did not install the specified standing seam roof. Instead, they installed a through-metal fastener roof, which compromises the integrity of my roof and caused damage to my main house roof by putting screws in it—creating the potential for future leaks. Had they followed the contract, a proper standing seam roof with hidden fasteners would have been installed. While they initially agreed to refund our deposit, they are now pressuring us to sign away our rights, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not trust them for any roofing project.

Their expertise in going after insurance for the complete roof replacement was fantastic. Could not have asked for better communication from beginning to end. Got the job done in the day in much colder weather than expected! The roof looks great!
