Thorough, professional and prompt. I highly recommend IM. They performed a significant repair of my heat pump and (fingers crossed) it's working great so far. I appreciate that the technician not only recommended a replacement of the major component he thought had failed, but also some other parts that could have contributed to the problem. Especially since they were also covered by the parts warranty - and could have caused problems in the future. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process - from the office (Gwen) to the technicians (John and Matt) - were great.

Recently used Infinite to replace my home HVAC. They came out and gave me a free estimate, were on time, curtious, and very knowledgeable. The price was very good in my opinion, also included 3 years of free twice annually check ups and filters. Overall, great experience. I highly recommend! Update 5/23/23: There were some slight issues but Infinite (Chris, Daniel and Matt) have been fantastic. I really appreciate all their hard work. On top of that they system they recommend came with the best warranty I have seen for any HVAC system. I have had no worries and this level of customer care is amazing. I highly recommend this company, they provide amazing care!

Infinite Mechanical installed a new York rooftop H/VAC package unit for my commercial building. I worked with Glenn. He was courteous, professional, and paid attention to customer care. You'll rarely come across professionals as trustworthy and competent as Glenn. I will absolutely be using Infinite Mechanical for all my future needs. I highly recommend this company!

We needed to replace our HVAC/heat pump system urgently, and given the excellent reviews we had seen we reached out to Infinite Mechanical. Matt returned my call promptly, checked out the situation and provided a very reasonable estimate on the same day - a meaningful discount to other bids we had received. He then visited our home again with an installer the next day to confirm that they understood our system and could procure the necessary components quickly. They installed the new system a few days later - less than a week from hot to cool! Truly excellent response and service, and I recommend them without hesitation.
