Rodney is awesome!! My mom had a dry rot soft spot under her carpet in a high traffic area that I had fixed but they had to pull up the carpet to repair it. I called Infinity Carpet for help because of the amazing reviews. Rodney was very friendly but the best part was that he came out the same day just a few hours after I called!!! Now, you might not be that lucky with the timing but even if you have to wait a few days, it's worth it. I will definitely be using Infinity again😀.
