Infinity Rug Care

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled in this case. I hired Infinity Rug Care to clean a sleeper sofa, two mattresses, and a bench. Even though their price ($890) was nearly double that of other companies, I chose them because I was told they provided excellent care and service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When the crew picked up my sofa, they scratched the wooden legs. The owner tried to claim it was prior wear and tear (I even have video proof showing otherwise), but I let it go and simply asked that they protect the legs during delivery. Despite this, when the sofa was returned, the legs were scratched again because they placed it directly on asphalt without protection. The gentleman picked up the rug, quoted a fair price and showed a video on the rug. The rug had great sentimental value and was purchased during a trip to Tunis. The gentleman returned a few days later and the rug was spectacular! Clean, vibrant and looked as good as the day it was purchased. Highly recommend this company.

Ron is a great guy and helped beyond expectation! Infinity Rug Care has cleaned many of our rugs and they always come back perfect, there was one time we had a little issue and he took the rug right back to clean again. I had two large handmade rugs cleaned by Infinity Rug Care — one 100% wool and one viscose (synthetic silk). The result is honestly amazing. Both rugs look like new. I had completely forgotten how they looked when they were brand new, but when they brought them back, I was shocked in the best way possible. The silk rug literally shines in the sunlight like it’s made of gold. The whole process was super easy. I just sent photos of the rugs and got a clear estimate right away. They picked everything up the same day, rolled the rugs, took them away, and brought them back very quickly. I had Five rugs that needed cleaning! Ron came by to look at them and give us a quote. He is a very good businessman,and gets to quickly know his customers needs and economic budget! After discussing what would be done to the rugs, Ron suggested two more things. The rug padding was worn and should be replaced. We replaced the three largest pads at a reasonable cost ,and Ron provided two smaller pads at no charge! He even said he could take the carpets now and return in three weeks ,after we completed additional house maintenance work. Once the work was done Ron had his crew deliver the rugs and put the furniture back in place.
