We had a great experience with Infinity Safety Homes. We had our metal roof, gutters and garage door installed and the did an awesome job. The communication and follow up on their part was on point. Kudos to Diego/Sales rep, Linda/customer service rep and Minerva/Project Manager.

Vince was a man of his word. I got to a point in the process where I didn't have to worry about anything. While this process to replace roof and windows started after my mother died and insurance on house was cancelled, Citizens wouldn't renew insurance unless these changes were made and I'm happy to have met Vince and entrust him with helping us through this process.

Worst company to do the roof. I signed with them back in June 2024, we are almost on January 2025 and nothing yet. They always lie to you over the phone regarding the permits, 6 months already and there is not permit register at the city department. Half of the people that worked there left, so the website is not updated. At this time, I don’t even know who works there and who’s is charge of my project. They were supposed to put a tarp on my roof in the mean time, and they cant even put it right. They came 4 times already and nothing. Don’t trust this people, maybe the subcontractor for the windows is better, but for the roof, and the people in charge of the permits are the worst. I have pieces of the tarp all over my neighborhood, they can’t even clean it. Now, I have to spend more money
