Customer service was okay when troubleshooting and placing orders. However I ordered two remote switches at around $150 from their sunpak heaters website but unfortunately I couldn't install the heaters for about a month upon realizing that these switches are not the correct switches for my model and are worthless to me. I called to return them and they wouldn't work around their 30 day return policy even though they are unused in plastic still in the shipping box.

Exactly what we needed and right down the street! Michael was great!
