An infrasource crew was doing work on our neighbor's home and parked their truck and trailer in front of my house right next to our trash cans being picked up that day, and just across from multiple other homes trash cans, as opposed to parking further up the road in front of the home they were working on and out of the way of everyones trash. I asked them nicely twice to move it and they shifted it a few feet down the road but did not fix the issue. The third time I asked them they flat out refused to move it. you can look at the pictures... where would it make most sense to leave the truck? they were rude and unhelpful.

Matt Furtak was very pleasant and professional. Pleasure to work with. Greeted me and my father in law, explained the course of the job. Overall, the company did a great job connecting has to my house. Over 100 feet of gas pipe. They diverted the traffic in a professional way. Then leveled the ground and put straw on top. Great company, great people, I am very happy with their work. Now I will have gas! I am not sure why there are bad reviews but if you look careful, those people did not work with them. Just some annoyed Karen’s.

They came out and dug up a few square feet of my lawn near my front sidewalk. Then just dumped the rocks and soil back in when done. They didn't try to rake or clean up the soil nor put any grass seed. A terrible job! Should be fired! Its been over a month like this too.

They are currently doing work in front of our house from wind damage and they have been doing nothing but an excellent job.

This "company" should give their employees some training in manners and how to interact professionally with people. They showed up for 1 day, blocked both of my driveways (and the work wasn't even being done on my house!) and were just rude. They blocked school buses from getting through in both directions and could've cared less. Danella has been here for months doing work and has been nothing but kind, respectful and accommodating to the homeowners, school buses and children. I was forced to give 1 star for this review which is probably how they got the only 2 stars they have. Do yourself a favor and stay away from InfraSource...
