Can't ever get them on the phone. It always says their phone isn't in service. Tried calling to talk to the project manager who's men decided they were going to move our trash can with no advance notice, causing us to miss the collection that we paid for. We've got it on video if someone from your company would like to resolve this issue, as well as your workers looking in our mailbox for no valid reason. A very illegal thing to do btw. We're very upset with this contractor and wish they would stop getting all the contracts. This is the second place we've lived with issues with ITS. These guys installed Google fiber line without my permission (in the right of way but on my property) and messed up my irrigation system. That would be a one star if they did nothing to fix it, But they eventually made it right when I got Google Fiber to connect me to them. While I was really annoyed and my grass started dying, they did fix the issue with great responsiveness, especially William White, so I appreciate that. It did take a lot of my time to fix this issue that I didn’t ask for but they were helpful and prompt in fixing so hence the 4 star review.

Absolutely terrible. They are installing Google fiber and have destroyed everyone yard- not sure where they even got permission to do this from. They have also cut two water lines in the last 12 hours leaving everyone without running water. Edit: it has actually been five pipes in two days.

ITS team was really polite and professional. They knew their stuff, came on time, did multiple TV installs, Sonos and speaker installs as well as whole house WiFi and security set up. Big shout out to Mike, Robert and Cheland!
