Safe and secure, below IKEA. Generally have had great experiences, 95% of the time. Recently though, after I paid and was exiting, the gate malfunctioned. So I called the support button. Rather than offering an apology, I was first asked for my full name, then my phone number. It felt like a shakedown. Due to ambient music playing from a ceiling, and a very small speaker with small tinny volume for projecting the support person’s voice, I could barely hear them. It took about 10-15 minutes to finally leave. I felt as if I was being held hostage and having personal information extracted from me in order to leave. The management should improve their gate functioning, and automate these processes based on license plates, rather than performing invasive inquiry procedures, holding the gate clo

Adequate but flawed bike parking. The actual bike cage is on your right after you ride down the ramp (and go around the fare gates, which is easy when entering but has tight clearance while exiting), within sight of the attendant. The cage can be locked (if so, ask the attendant to open it), but is sometimes left open. There's a camera in the cage with a view of most of it. Racks consist of wall-mounted vertical racks and a handful of floor mounted staples. The staples are improperly installed, being placed too close to the cage walls, making it difficult to get a lock on the frame. None of the racks are mounted with tamper-resistant anchors, being just nuts on threaded rods. Still, for an inexpensive bike in an attended space it's adequate, much safer than on-street parking in this

I can’t understand if I’m able to exit the parking after 11PM. Going to an event at the warfield which ends 11:30pm. Will I be able to exit the parking? One person says no, another says it’s also unclear. Does anyone know!?

Terribly run garage. Terribly run food hall. Terrible ikea. These folks thought they could come into SF and not embrace anything about SF and unsurprisingly failed.

Parked here for a concert @The Warefield Theater. It is located two blocks from the venue. I pre purchased the parking pass online. Just scan the QR code (from your phone) and enter. Plenty of parking. Security present. Easy out to 80 west, to head home. (Pretty sketchy walk from venue to garage after show) be aware of your surroundings. Golden Gate Theater is also two blocks away. Best place to park that I have found, so far. Parked 6pm to 11:15pm cost $28 There is an elevator that will take you up to street level, right accross the street from The Warefield.
