Thank you for reminding me that I am a second rank customer. Called a week ago for propane because I'm in the red on my guage. Was told delivery would be scheduled for Thursday, Friday or Monday. Didn't happen because it snowed 2 inches on Friday. Monday they told me it was out for delivery on the bosses truck. Didn't com, called back Thursday and was told they didn't know when it would come because they where to busy serving their other customers even those who called after me. I guess they are first rate customers. Told me I should go get portable tanks to get running again when I run out. Now that's service.

This company consistently looks for ways to add extra charges. Their customer service is extremely poor, and there is a serious lack of communication between the office, drivers, and maintenance staff. As a result, customers are unfairly charged for the company’s own mistakes. The oil quality is also disappointing and does not last as expected. Overall, this was my first and last experience with this company.

I will never use this company again. I used to buy oil and coal from here. The last time I bought coal I was treated like an inconvenience by the woman on the phone. She gave me nothing but attitude and acted like I was bothering her when I called. Mind you it was during business hours. Fast forward about a year and my duel fuel system is having some having some issue so I called for servicing. The lady was nice but told me that since I don't buy coal from them and that's the heat source I use they won't help. Mind you this is the day after Christmas and we are suppose to get a storm, the temperature is cold and I am pretty much without heat in my house. I do buy ould from them but after this encounter, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I had a weird furnace glitch on a really cold morning and thought I almost ran out of oil. I asked if they could fill the same day. Thankfully the friendly dispatcher was able to schedule us quickly and fill the tank that morning.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about everyone. We ran out of propane, and the entire team was outstanding. I’m so unbelievably thankful for their help. Thank you Ingrams!!
