Parts Sales/Customer Service rep Rachel is the type of person that creates repeat customers without marketing! She was about getting the job done. Mine and hers. Quick with great questions, quick with results. Price matched. Called me instead of emailed to close the deal because we were just moments from the shipping cutoff of the day. Add notice of her genuinely kind personality and maybe mention she could be super hero. Grateful for this company and their team effort to get my order satisfied and out the door.

Miss Rachel was AMAZING! We got our templates ordered and she made sure to ask about our install and referred me to the proper departments (service and support) if we had any other questions. Miss Rachel also let me know that if I couldn't reach those other departments, not to hesitate in reaching out to her. She is AMAZING! Ingram is lucky to have dedicated team members. Rachel reached out to verify that I ordered the correct Mr. Cool indoor control board before shipping. We covered my model number and date of manufacture. I've been a customer of Ingram's for over 5 years. The customer service that I've received over the years is topnotch. More than once, I've been assisted by Angela. She is fully capable and very knowledgeable about the systems they sell. Don't ever worry about "service after the sale" when purchasing from Ingram's.

Racheal went over and beyond. I had ordered a part for a mini split. She reached out by phone and email to confirm I ordered the correct part for my unit. She requested I send a pic of the model number. After pic was sent she reached back out within an hour and confirmed that I had ordered the wrong part. She found the correct part and got a new ordered processed and sent it out. True good old fashioned customer service. Also want to note there was a knowaldigable person on the phone not a call service. Will diffantly do business again.
