Eddie was great! He showed up on time, and spent a great deal of time examining my home and all of it's vital components. He explained everything very clearly, and made sure no area was missed. Also wore shoe covers to keep clean. Thank you so much for the excellent care and awesome report!

I am very pleased with this home inspection. I never realized half the things a home inspector actually looks for. The photos were amazing and had great detail of defects or issues the inspector felt were pertinent. The report it self was detailed with suggestions to have further evaluations from licensed individuals such as plumbers. The transaction was easy, paid online, inspection scheduled and detailed report, very quick turn around. Money well spent. Inspector was nice and courteous.

Not only was Eddie the most reasonably priced home inspector I could find, he was also the quickest! Me and our realtor didn’t expect to have our report for a couple of days but he uploaded it within a few hours with pictures and videos of EVERYTHING.
