I can't give enough praise and positive feedback about working with Nik, Maria and the rest of the crew at Inka. They did a professional, phenomenal job demolishing a large, deteriorating, composite deck and rebuilding a brand new, structurally sound, up-to-code, amazing deck. The crew completely transformed it with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, dedicated, hard-working and treated the project as if it were for their own property. What really stood out was their open communication. Maria kept me updated every step of the way, always making sure I was informed and comfortable with the progress, inclusive of any scheduled deliveries, pick-ups, progress payments, etc. It’s rare to find a contractor that’s not only skilled,

Nik and Maria did a fantastic job bringing our project’s vision to life. They replaced our dying deck with a screened porch, deck and patio. After getting several quotes on repairing and replacing three decks and stairs at my house, I was extremely pleased with the quote I got from Inka construction. Not only was I pleased with their pricing. I absolutely loved their ideas. They Did the work meticulously and in record time. They take a lot of pride in the work that they do as well they should. I was able to afford them and love the fact that they are a small family owned company with great communication great cleanup and great quality work. You could not ask for anything better. The pictures don’t do it justice and I’m sure the before and after pictures aren’t in order but you get the idea.

Nik and his team replaced our deck in early August, and they did an incredible job at a reasonable price! His work is meticulous! He and his crew arrived on time, worked hard all day long and cleaned up daily as they went along! When an unexpected delay in materials arose (manufacturer issue, not Nik), unsolicited he adjusted his personal schedule to work the weekend to complete our job! We could not be more thrilled with the finished product! Last, but not least, his wife Maria is an amazing project manager. She does an excellent job of keeping the customer updated throughout the process! She's a true gem! She responds to early morning and evening texts so quickly, and is as pleasant as can be!
