Inland Lawn Maintenance

I want to leave two sides to this review. The positive: If you can talk to the actual people who work here, they're awesome. 10 out of 10 they will help you do whatever you need. They're friendly and responsive (most of the time). I've liked working with them in the past. The negative: Playing phone tag with them is frustrating and impossible because their AI answering machine can't actually patch you through to anyone. I've been trying to talk to the sales guy for for a week and every time he calls me he tells me to call the main number and they will connect me but they don't because their AI can only leave the front desk a message. They claim it's an autumn problem because they're taking so many calls about sprinkler blow outs and it makes it impossible to answer all the calls. But if

My neighbors hired this company for their fall lawn cleanup. Instead of removing leaves and pine needles, they just used a leaf blower to push it all into neighboring properties. Beyond rude and unprofessional. Clean up your own mess! The response from this company completely shirks all responsibility, but their name and information was slapped onto the side of the white truck with a trailer used by these workers.

Couldn't be happier with the work done on our property. Removal of bark and weeds was a big project. Willy and Armando went the second mile -- hard workers and very willing to follow up on additional requests. They always cleaned up our yard and driveway at the close of their work days. Great guys to deal with. We would recommend Inland to anyone. That and Montana Rainbow River Rock! 😃

We had a great experience with inland lawn. They did a paver patio and large retaining wall for us last year. Both look really great and have held up great over the past year. We had them do some follow up work this year with an Irrigation system and concrete curbing. They are super easy to work with and communicate well and do quality landscaping.

At first, I was very happy with Inland Lawn. Their prices are a little higher than some competitors, and I didn't notice any markedly improved service for that price difference compared to my previous lawn care company, but they were pleasant and flexible when it came to my requests for exactly what I wanted done. Unfortunately, my opinion changed when I added on their mowing service while I was out of town for a month. I was concerned how they would manage around my sprinkler system (I have above-ground sprinklers set on timers), so i called and asked if they could handle putting them back after they mowed or if I needed to arrange for someone else to handle that.
