The best team ever! I cannot recommend Eric and the team at Inland Trenchless highly enough. I had an urgent waterline failure, in winter and Eric squeezed me into the schedule immediately. He was incredibly professional, staying in constant contact via text and phone and visiting the property multiple times to coordinate utility markings. When the job proved difficult—finding the old lines buried unexpectedly under the foundation—the team didn't hesitate. They took the extra time and effort to do it right, replacing my old copper water lines with top-of-the-line 250 psi HDPE. Eric and his crew were very responsive and professional. Our orangeburg sewer line had been in need of being repaired due to root intrusions. Had five companies come out to bid the job and Inland Trenchless provide a very competitive quote that did the least amount of damage to our property and they are going to patch the asphalt, which some companies don’t. Eric came out late to provide a bid and had great communication throughout the process and scheduling was breeze.

We called Inland Trenchless to get a second opinion/bid on a sewer line issue. Eric gave us an honest assessment of our problem and told us what he would do if it were his home, saving us over $20,000. We did have an issue that needed to be addressed immediately and he was out with his crew the next business day. The entire experience was easy, transparent, and as pain free as a sewer line issue can be. We will be calling them with any future plumbing issues and referring everyone we know to do that same.

Extremely professional and great price. Other companies tried telling me it would take multiple days. The crew came out and had it done it 6 hours. The job was seamless and they are very clean making sure not to destroy things and get the ground almost exactly how they began. Definitely will recommend to all future people needing excavation work.
