Very poor customer service. We have a Christmas tree not even a year old bought from a club store. We didn’t keep the receipt (who does). Only the top section of lights is out. I sent a picture of the tree and box and received no compensation. We had the tree stored safely and the lights still broke at the top. Poor product and poor customer service.

Purchased a Sylvania branded tree from a club store several years back, beautiful 9' color changing tree. Setup last week for '23 season, to find one cluster out due to a bulb that must have come loose in storage. Contact the call center and they said someone would likely get back to me within 48-72 hrs, but they were not sure what they could do besides refund us; two days later - received a package of replacement bulbs in the mail - and we are fully lit! Thank you, great service!

Purchased several boxs of NOMA energy saving bulbs from Canadian Tire approx two and a half years ago and a significantly larger price than the incandescent bulbs I was replacing. Today I just finished replacing two more of them. They are the 120V 83ma 60 Hertz 800 lumen packs. As advertised they should light the place up for four hours a day for 5 years. Does anyone else have.problems with these? Yes I would take them back but really I am probably safe in saying most of us did not plan on having to save our receipts for 5 years. Just a little disappointed right now.

several sets of their LED Christmas lights have partially or completely failed me within the first couple years of use, and their so-called three-year warranty, wherein they will repair or replace, once it is pre-paid ship to them, within 6 to 8 weeks is equally laughable. A pathetic product line I will purposely avoid at all cost in the future.

I bought 6 strands of Christmas lights for $35 each. They we're supposed to have 8 functions. 3 of the strands only half the strand works. When I called inliten I was told that the warranty doesn't go into affect until they are a year old. The woman on the phone was very rude. BEWARE....THESE PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT.
