I had a great experience with Innova Luxury Works for our glass railing installation. From the very beginning, Luca (the owner) was responsive, professional, and helpful. He provided several railing options and worked with me to find something that looked great and fit the budget. Communication was prompt and clear, and scheduling went smoothly, even with limitations on my end due to travel. They stuck to the agreed dates, which I really appreciated. On installation day, David was very polite and respectful throughout, and made sure everything was left clean once the job was done. Most importantly, the final result looks beautiful!
