The sales department never responds to you. I am in desperate need to buy a head unit for a current mini split dual system. They are not responding. Please respond. Update 8-7-2025. I contacted that email address 4 times . No response. This is going to cost me a nice install job. Customer is going to cancel.

This company will not stand behind its warranty. It will give you the runaround and not cover any replacement parts. Sells mini splits knowing it has major problems!

My new 21 seer multi head ductless split system is working flawlessly. Incredibly quiet inside and outside units. Slashing my power bill, yay!!! Thank You!!! Update: power bill went form $255 last June, down to $160 this June(and this is with the addition of my Father-in-law now living with us). These guys have the high SEER efficient a/c systems of the future. 37% savings. Update 2: July power bill for my 3/3 residence was $135.00....WOW

I bought a mini split and I spent $1500 and I spent $900 in installation. The machine have problems since we bought it, I have to pay for the technician who came to fix it many times. Every time I called innovair support they send me to speak with different person every time. And they never fix my problem. All products have guarantee. You should return my money back or replace the unit. But you never resolve the problem. I spent a lot of money in that unit so now all my money is waste! You are the worst company. If I can review with 0 starts I’ll do it. Because 1 start is too much for you. Stop selling trash!!!!! Stop scam people!

Purchased four 3 ton units for a client from one of their Costa Rican distributors. The mother board failed on one of the units so I called them for a replacement part. I am based in Miami as are they so I figured it would be an easy fix. Call Innovair get the replacement part for their unit and DHL it to Costa Rica. Nope, they want you to call the AC distributor in Costa Rica and have them call Innovair and order the part for you. Then Innovair will have the part sent to them and they will then send it to me. So basically the client will be without air for weeks maybe even more than a month. First and last time I buy anything for this company. Stick with Goodman, Reem or Carrier.
