We found Innovate Stone through Cambria as their authorized agent in NJ. We worked with Sam Borges who was very helpful. Sam was timely and scheduled countertops and backsplash without any issues. The installers were professional and helpful as well. We recommend Innovate Stone and Sam in particular for his customer service.

Customer service was terrible. They never told us the truth about the time for installation and also measured the backsplash wrong so had to wait 2 days for them to come back. Also the granite was covered in a plastic covering that is sticky and they left it that way. The installer said use acetone on it. I would have thought they would have done it. Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

I love my new quartz! I got it everywhere…. Kitchen countertops backsplash fireplace surround and all 3 bathroom vanities. The process was seamless from beginning to end. Diogo’s new showroom was so helpful to select the stone, as was he. His crew who came to install were all very professional and helpful to understand how everything needed to be done in their process. The veteran installer was particularly precise on templating my backsplash and all of the outlet cut outs were perfectly measured, as well as every nuance I explained to him that I wanted. He took great pride in his work and was very diligent. I highly recommend Innovative Stone for your stone needs across the board. Very pleased- thank you to them all!

I just needed to replace my kitchen counter while leaving all other finishes in place. innovate Stone was one of the only ones that were able to give me a competitive price to do the removal ans install and do it all in one day! Working with Diogo was a pleasure and he was able to help me pick out the perfect quartz finish! Timeline from picking out the material/measuring existing to install was 7 days! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I had an exiting tile backsplash that they were able to protect and keep from getting damaged. Highly recommend!
