Joe and his team added 900 sq ft to our home on Medicine Lake in Plymouth and made our home our dream home. We added a master suite and gym below. It was so easy working with Joe through a major project. He is the best contractor I have worked with by far! I would hire him again for anything we need.

Innovative put a new roof on our house, and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful. We had to do an insurance claim, they made it very easy to understand the process. They’re team of roofers was very thorough and even went the extra mile, we are very appreciative for their clean up and they’re work. Would definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to our friends and family.

I was getting estimates for a bathroom upgrade and called them. They sent out their “bathroom guy”. We were looking for some suggestions and also shared some things that we wanted replaced. After he saw our bathroom and heard that we didn’t want to gut the entire room and replace everything my feeling was that this job wasn’t big enough for the company to take on. Instead of just telling us that he proceeded pretend to have an interest and told us he would get back to us with an estimate and other suggestions. We never heard back. I guess a $20,000 plus upgrade isn’t worth the company’s time. Don’t waste your time with a phone call.

When our house was hit by a major hailstorm in 2017, we hoped to find a good, local contractor to do the repairs. Since the storm caused a lot of damage to a lot of properties, there were immediately vultures from all over the country knocking on doors and cold calling home owners. I found Innovative on Nextdoor. We talked to Innovative and 2 other contractors and finally settled on Innovative. Our service from Innovative went from good (hence 1 less star) to excellent when Tony Hardy started working with us. Justin Kahmann was also super helpful. They were really great at navigating the insurance back-and-forth (the insurance company wouldn't accept that the new siding they said matched didn't actually match till Innovative went the extra mile to get samples, which were in short supply, a

There's obviously a ton of options out there for roofing and siding but Innovative was great to work with. I watched neighbors that their roofs and siding took as much as 2 weeks to get done. Innovative came with a crew of over 10 people to get the job done quickly. 1 long day for the roof, and only 2 days for the siding. I would highly recommend.
