A/C stopped working at our office in Smyrna. Innovative had a tech come out the same day. Great service and my boss was thrilled that we all didn't evacuate the premises!!! Innovative always takes good care of me at home and now at our office!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible work and poor customer service. We built our home from ground up three years ago and our contractor hired Innovative Comfort Solutions to do the HVAC work. Within the first six months of moving in we knew something was off. Each time the HVAC out side would kick on our master bedroom lights would flicker. Then the thermostat kept randomly resetting. They had to come out twice to “figure out and fix” the issue. Six months after this the same thing was happening but also the dampers would randomly close on our upstairs zone and no air would blow as a result. They came out to “fix again” . Fast forward another 18 months or so and the same issue is happening but now with the bottom two zones. Dampers handling closed. Friend of ours whose

Ac went down on my rental unit and Amanda got my tenants taken care of the next day. Danny always gives you a heads up on arrival time which makes it less down time at the office. Thanks team!!!!
