We highly recommend Innovative Structural. Their team refortified our 80 plus year foundation, working in a very tight crawl space area. They were able to identify some plumbing leaks which we were able to repair as well. Rob was easy going and kept us posted of all the steps along the way. Thank you for the hard work and solidifying our building for years to come.

I had a structural pilling problem with my house. My pillings in the garage were rotted out at the top. I called three companies, one never returned my call, one told me my house had to be raised and innovative contractors told me they could fix my problem. Craig and his son Connor we’re unbelievable. They came when they said they were coming and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess every day as if it were their on house. The price that they gave me was more then fair.
