We completed a first-floor renovation, including the kitchen, bar area and pantry with Clark and team in June 2025 and couldn't be happier with the outcome. My husband is a licensed general contractor and architect and found Innovative in his search as we looked for contractors. My husband was impressed with how they organized and communicated about their projects ensuring that both the client and Innovative were clear on expectations and deliverables. Innovative recently completed a significant addition to our home, and our experience was nothing short of 5 stars. From our very first meeting, Meghan was on top of it all and made sure the entire process ran smoothly, including by ensuring that our priorities remained at the forefront. The design work by Cally and the team was outstanding, and the project team—led by Raul, William, and Santiago—did an excellent job executing the construction over a several month process, while being so respectful as we continued to live on site during the project. The Innovative team is like family to us, and we look forward to working with them again and have encouraged our friends to do the same.

We hired Innovative to do multiple jobs at our house simultaneously, including replacing our garage doors and building a theater room in our basement. We were a little hesitant to use one contractor for such a wide range of work, but Innovative did an excellent job in all areas. The initial scoping with Clark and the design team of Sabrina and Sally did a great job of moving our ideas to specific renderings and plans with a realistic timeline and cost projection. Once the project started, our project manager, Chris, was our main day-to-day contact. Chris did an excellent job of keeping us updated on everything happening in real-time, giving us weekly walk-throughs and he immediately addressed any issues that came up. Because pictures are worth a thousand words, I'm including some before and afters. Clark and his team are truly the best. They are kind, communicative, timely, considerate and professional. Sabrina was a joy to work with through the design process, taking great care to bring our vision to life down to the smallest details. Chris managed our onsite team, all of whom treated our home with care and respect. The Innovative Construction team brings a commercial contractor mindset to the residential renovation world. They are professional, understand a construction schedule, communicate changes (both price and schedule impacts) well in advance of a decision needing to be made, and the quality of work they self-perform and subcontract is beautiful. On top of that, the Innovative team is kind, thoughtful, and goes out of their way to limit their impact on you and your family (and your dog’s) daily life.
