Innovative Landscaping

We had a very poor experience with Innovative Landscaping. The spring clean up was Ok but they did a poor job of filling in bare spots in the lawn. They ruffed up the dirt but the guys doing the spring cleanup blew all of the loosened dirt away so the seed they deposited landed on solid ground. They invoiced us for the use of starter fertilizer but never applied any. We watered as their project manager recommended yet we didn't see a single blade of new grass. They also provided three lawn fertilizer and pest control applications and our grass has never looked worse, even after last August's drought. Had they been more responsive and less defensive we probably would have tried to work with them but that wasn't the case, sadly.

Jay and her crew did a fabulous job putting in a patio and rock wall. They were very professional and responsive to feedback. They worked incredibly quickly, getting the yard regraded, concrete hottub pad, patio, and rock wall installed in 6 days. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process and would definitely work with them again in the future!

Innovative Landscaping is the best and most reasonably priced landscaping company in Acton, hands down! We hired them to replace our front steps, reface the sides, and to replace the old concrete walkway with pavers. Joe and Jolandi were quick to come over and personally talk to us to understand our needs. They were very easy to work with, provided us with great ideas, and even gave us tips on how to save money. They were not pushy, very professional, and we felt completely at ease with the whole process. Joe came over daily to make sure the work was progressing to our liking, as well. The crew that did the work was amazingly skilled, highly professional, and very courteous. They showed up on time and worked diligently without taking any short cuts. We've had great service from Innovative Landscaping for years. Some summers we've opted for full service, other years just mowing. They were happy to accommodate our request for not using lawn chemicals. They've always been reliable and adaptable to our needs. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a lawn care service.

Great communication. High quality work done right and without delays.Took the team of workers 1 1/2 days to tear down and replace my retaining wall. They showed up promptly at 8am both days and the first day worked till dusk. They took great care working in tight spaces and cleaned up the yard and driveway before they left.
