Sean/Shawn (not sure of his name spelling) but he was awesome! I placed my service order request with my leasing company on Saturday, knowing that no one would call until Monday then arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday. To my pleasant surprised on Monday morning at 9am Innovated Maintenance Group called me and asked if someone would be able to come out THAT SAME DAY! 😁😁😁 Within 1 hour my technician Sean/Shawn showed up, asked a few questions and next thing we had cold A/C!!! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thank you Sean/Shawn for all that you did! I recommend this maintenance group to everyone! ❤️
The team was so professional. They walked me through all of the steps of replacing my HVAC. The work was done quickly and reasonable.
