I was told 8am-4pm FCFS for pu & I arrived just before 1pm. I checked in and got assigned a dock right away. I was loaded and rolling in less than 1hr.
Waited around for about an hour before anyone acknowledged my existence. Workers were friendly enough but person in the shipping department took a while getting there even though I was told he was on his way several times. They were nice enough to let my use the bathroom but I sure wish some body could have helped me a little sooner. Over all I was here over 4 hours.
The stuff did absolutely everything to help me out. 10/10
