I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Innovative Plumbing— from the initial call and scheduling with Cindy to the timeliness of Bruce and Joe. They were friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience and am confident the quotes they provided were fair. I appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend Innovative Plumbing for all of your plumbing (and septic) needs!

We were doing some gardening on a Saturday and we discovered that our septic cleanout had become disconnected from the septic tank. I called Innovative Plumbing and they immediately dispatched a crew to make the repair. They were careful when operating the small backhoe so that it didn't tear of the grass it rolled over and they consulted with me to put a better drainage system in place than what was previously there. Considering that it was an emergency repair, I think the price was reasonable. They also evaluated the state of the septic tank and recommended that we not pump it at that time, even though they had the truck on-hand and could have done it. I appreciate them not just trying to charge me for something I didn't need.

Jt was absolutely amazing, Cindy amazing, timing amazing, and COMMUNICATION AMAZING! I needed to service the septic tank that I didn't know I had, I couldn't find anyone available today, BUT as I was standing in my yard I was and innovation truck riding past. I tracked the truck down and asked if they could help and they said absolutely well move things around and we'll be right there. This company was a blessing today, thank you all.

I was very happy with the service I received from Innovative Plumbing. Bruce was awesome!! He was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to my scheduling the work I wanted to have done. When he came to do the work, he was on time and competently completed the work. There was no trying to charge me more than he quoted which I really appreciated. On top of all that, he was friendly and personable which made the whole experience much more pleasant. Also with Bruce, was Rhett who was in training. Rhett was a very polite and conscientious young man. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to their profession.
