From the moment I made contact, Pat was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during what was a very stressful time for me and my family. It’s not every day you need restoration services—but when you do, you want someone like Pat in your corner. What really stood out was Pat’s integrity and hands-on approach. We hired Pat to do a project in Grand Harbor. The way he sold himself he acted like a general contractor. The project started great but we began experiencing problems with the contractors on the job. We reached out to several contractors and they explained Pat was asking them to add %20 on top of the services they provided. They also expressed this was not the first time and tries to make feel people guilty by his manipulations. We decided to stop any future work with Innovative. This is trustworthy and ethical.

We had water showing up in our floorboards and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Pat came out and was able to pinpoint the exact source of the leak right away. He got everything dried out and repaired quickly and professionally. Great service! We’re so thankful for the fast response and thorough work!

We paid Pat in advance for work to be done on our property. We thought he was a property manager with his sales pitch. We wound up hiring him and come to find out he does not hold a CAM license to act like a property manager. He finished a couple projects and a couple were incomplete. We reached out to the contractor we saw on camera footage. They said Pat wanted them to be pay 20% on top of what we already paid for the project. They said Pat wanted his portion from the contractor. Things do not add up with this company and we will never use them again.
