in 9/2022, I was one of the badly affected areas of hurricane Ian In southwest Florida. Innovative construction came out to help our town. They Put my blue tarp on, and allowed me to wait for my insurance money. They did not price gouge us, and they did exceptional work. When it was time for the roof install, They did exceptional work. Even our municipality Roof inspectors said it was outstanding. And they put me in contact with a gutter replacement company, who traveled with them to help. They also did not price gouge. They installed an excellent roof, and I greatly appreciate them!

My home, a single-family house built in 2010 with about 1,770 square feet, recently needed a roof inspection. I had two different companies come out to assess the condition. The first company immediately recommended a full roof replacement and quoted me over $30,000. They also pushed financing options pretty aggressively, which felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultation. The next day, I had a second inspection done by Innovative Roofing Pros. Two team members came out, took their time inspecting the roof thoroughly, and were professional throughout. Stephen and his crew did excellent work on our commercial job replacing roofs on six buildings and repairing some others. They provided the most detailed free inspection report of the companies who bid on the job, performed the work on time and as expected, and sent lots of progress pictures. After they finished, I didn't see any nails or shingles on the ground. They also handled themselves professionally when working around another contractor who was onsite at the same time. We would definitely use them again.
