These guys were incredible. Innovative Technical Services moved conveyor ovens into my store in less than an hour, while another company I won’t name couldn't do it in four days. I would give these folks a 10-star review if I could! They came back and fired the ovens up. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

My business was saved by them. They brought my dinosaur back to life. Jesus with innovative technical services came in, looked at my oven, shook his head a few times and went straight to work. A few hours later I hear him yelling, when I checked on him, he was yelling from excitement. He made my dragon breath fire again. We were both excited. I would recommend him in a heart beat. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest refrigeration company, look no more my friends. I have a True GDM-49 that I bought used but looking like new. Three months later it broke. I called Innovative and they came, checked the machine and gave me the bad news: the compressor. I didn't know if I had any warranty because I bought it used, but they checked it and gave me the good news: warranty was good. They contacted True, ordered the compressor and installed it. The machine runs like new. In 21 years with a restaurant I have gone through a few nightmares with refrigeration companies; not this time. Now I now who to call.

Jesus Feliciano guides ITS1 to new horizons with an attitude of "Never give up" I've had the honor of training with this man in Manhattan for several years and have picked up invaluable knowledge in the process as a technician. A customer can always feel at ease knowing Jesus will repair their equipment with care and most importantly, honesty. A rarity in the service field might I add. Florida should be honored to have him and I'd call no one else for service as you get MORE than what you pay for with ITS1!!
