EXCELLENT customer service! At first, they ordered the wrong tile but they had it picked up and had the right tile delivered within a day or two. Really wonderful company with really great products. I wish I had found them when I started renovation. If Anthony Landrette (not associated with Innovative Tile) and his workers hadn’t put wall tile in crooked, I would be even happier. Such a shame I do NOT recommend him for installation or any contract work

I’ve used Innovative Tile for three bathroom renovations now. Their selection is diverse, design assistance is spot on and customer support is outstanding. I don’t typically do reviews, but this business is a gem. I highly recommend it.
