Inov8v Energy

We switched to Inov8v Energy for our propane needs about 3 years ago and have not regretted it. They are prompt with propane deliveries, fair with pricing, and everyone who has been out here is friendly and professional. As we add buildings to the "compound," they have installed tanks and connected heaters for us. This review is too long coming, and specifically I want to shout out to Teresa, Kevin, Louis and Devon who moved quickly to help us yesterday when we had a heating pipe burst in a kid's bedroom. Teresa and Kevin (owners) are always available and quick to respond if messages are left. Not recommended, called for estimate to install new fill and vent pipes. State recommends 2-in piping, they wanted to install one and one quarter inch piping. I was even told that they do not even have the equipment to thread to which piping. I feel this is because they want the corner of the market so that other companies will not deliver oil to your home.

We fired our old heating oil company and switched to Inov8v. The customer service is outstanding, the prices are competitive, and deliveries are always prompt and reliable. We have switched all of our oil and propane needs to Inov8v Energy. Recently they installed propane heater for us with zero issues and very fast. Today they removed an ancient oil burner and installed new one in under one day. It's up and running with a toasty home. Hands down best provider around Upper Valley.
