This is the second time I used Floors and More to do an install. Robin located the same products I had used several years prior and very easily ordered it for me. Chris Weaver and team did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with for the install. The tile was removed from our kitchen and laundry room without any issues, and now we have beautiful new flooring.

Great selection. Staff is helpful and friendly. A little pricey but I guess maybe flooring is more expensive than I expected.

What an amazing and satisfying experience working with Mary, and the Inside and Out Custom Floors team! Mary was so helpful and patient as we chose products for our dream home; encouraging and knowledgable. EVERYTHING came together in such a classic and upscale way; from the beautiful bathroom tile to the luxury plank floors to the kitchen backsplash. And the installation crews were the nicest, most accommodating, respectful, and highly-skilled experts you would ever hope to work with. They are the best!

Mary was so helpful and patient with me while I picked flooring and tile for our new home! She is super knowledgeable, had photos of examples and made recommendations. She was prepared with our home floorplan & samples to show us! I highly recommend Inside and Out custom floors!!!

Mixed reviews. Mary was outstanding and very helpful in choosing flooring and tile for our home. But when it came for the install it went downhill fast. First the started to put our glossy wall tiles on the floor. Then they installed mismatched tile in our shower area. Now less than 18 months after the install we need to rip the floor up and replace it as many of the tiles are popping up due to the terrible workmanship. We are having another contractor finish the hardwood as I will never allow Christian and his crew anywhere near our home again
