Location: Sioux City IA I was very motivated for a pest control service. We have many spiders around and along the house. As well as mosquito season being an all you can eat buffet on my dogs, I was ready for something to eliminate or at-least lower the bug rate. This company had a person walking around our neighborhood, great works out perfect. After the first service I noticed it only took the guy 3 minutes to "spray" around my house. I was a little curious so I look at my cameras and see he ONLY sprayed by my shed. So I call and ask if they can come spray again. I get told I need to wait a week great. So I call the next week, can't get to my house until two weeks.... okay? So I'm paying the initial 120$ then 50$ a month for them to only come to my house 1 time. So I give them another sh

Have had nothing but problems with them the last 9 months. They promise that we are notified when services are preformed. The last 3 quarters we have had “services” without the individual covering what is being done. This last service we had their notification failed to let us know a tech was visiting. I looked outside and two individuals were out in my lawn. No warning or explanation of what they were doing. The first few times were great but service has dropped a lot.

Had a salesman come to our door had a great sales pitch but that is the only thing is good!! This company is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They don’t come out when you request they come whenever they want, or they don’t show up at all. There has been emails stating they were coming out for the last month and a half saying they are coming out and don’t show up. Their stuff doesn’t work at all we have seen the same amount of not more spiders and ants. Then today out of the blue someone came out to spray no notice or anything. We have tried to cancel but it’s the same thing if we break the contract we have to pay. What about no one showing up or doing their job like they are paid to do? Writing the review I wish I had seen before working with this company. The long story listed below - but to summarize; do not waste your money, horrible customer service, VERY scammy. They had a sales person going door to door trying to sell their services. He gave a very convincing speech and we had been seeing some pests around our home, so we decided to sign a contract for their services. We did look for reviews and there were only a few out there with very little to say which should have been the first red flag. We set up a time for their techs to come onsite and spray in July. First visit went great. They knocked down a wasps nest and sprayed the areas they said they were going to. Claimed the wasps nest wouldn’t come back because of the spray they used, it was back within a week. W

Fast & friendly service. Inside & outside traps. I do have dogs so I'm happy that the outside traps are anchored to the ground. He also sprayed the perimeter as a deterrent & knocked down cobwebs all around the house. I highly recommend this service. Would prefer Tre Fredericksen to be our pest control expert. He did a great job, very thorough.
