Our technician today was Cole Rosenbalm. He was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and serviced our house with the awning cleaning and boundary treatment. With technicians like Cole, I highly recommend Insight and appreciate their services.
Absolutely trash. The bugs were worse after they sprayed. An 11$ bottle of off works better than this service. 59$ a month for nothing. They charge a lot to cancel your service within a year. And they make you pay back for your first service. They wanted me to pay over 400$ to cancel their service. Not worth it at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I did not purchase a service from this company, but their sales representative "Jordan Larson" was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly patient with our questions. Good man!
